Innovation and Prospect of Local Social Management Model in China

The local social management system in our country begins from the unit management system under the planned economic system and gradually changes into the community management with diversified research.At present,local social management system is in the transformation period and the administrative environment and condition are becoming more complicated.This paper comprehensively reviews the local social management practice and summarizes the model of the local government's social management innovation.In the end,the author thinks it is reasonable for the local social management model to have the differences in the different districts if it can deal with the problem of government's social management.
