On the Reform of Beijing State-owned Assets Management System Under the Framework of Public Finance

Based on the present situation of Beijing state-owned assets management system, this paper analyzes the inadaptability of the old management system under the framework of public finance and other existing problems, proposes the thories of investment management, business administration and income management of state-owned assets under this framework, and finally make a lot of suggestions about the policies for the system reformation of Beijing state-owned assets.
