On Establishing a Feedforward-feedback Compound Control Mechanism on Social Management

With the growing complexity of its structure,the speeding up of its development, modem society has been taking risks of high frequency.It has become more and more difficult to carry out effective management solely on the basis of traditional feedback control. This paper thus proposes that a feedforward-feedback compound control system in China's social management system must be set up.Only in doing so,can the more effective management system which adapts to the development of socialist market economy and the new situation of the profound changes in social structure be built up.
