Study on the Social Work Applied to the Trade Union of College

Trade unions in College have been gradually marginalized and lost the right of voice in the background of advancing the reform of colleges,at the same time,the loss of accountability caused by the absence on safeguarding interests of the faculty has also led to a legitimacy crisis.The urgent thing is how to pull the trade union of college from survival crisis facing the deteriorating environment.The author is trying to solve the problem through the analysis of the perspective of organizational ecology,establish the basic framework for social work on the trade union of college based on the feasibility study,and then put forth some suggestions on overcoming the obstacles to practice,proving finally that it is a good way to activate the trade union of college and change the situation of being marginalized.
