As the carrier of gathering social workers.providing professional services,and transferring social welfare,social work organizations plays an important role in the social development.Through the analysis of the development path and the status of social work organizations,we found some problems need to be solved,such as financial status,social cognition and scarcity of human resources.We should strengthen the support and services to promote the development of social work organizations.
