Exploring the Students' “Self-development Group”Model of Social Work Major

In this article, the author takes 'self-development group' courses as example. The courses are offered in the social work department in College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Beijing University of Technology. Based on this example, the author explores the meaning, values and operating model of the courses, so that we can make the courses more systematic and manipulative.
