The Analysis of the Phenomenon of China's Voluntary Failure

The failure of the phenomenon of voluntary service activities has hindered its further development.To digestion of this phenomenon,we must explore its causes and explore targeted solutions.The literature review, questionnaire survey and interview show that the organizations aren't sufficiently independent,the management is not standardized,the activities of the purpose are not pure enough,the range of activities isn't wide enough,the money isn't plenty enough,the incentive is inadequate and the regulatory system is inadequate,which causes a "voluntary failure phenomenon".Eliminating this phenomenon needs to enhance the independence of the voluntary organizations,raise the level of the organizations and the management,strengthen the awareness of serving the public to enrich the volunteer services,to broaden the sources of funding,the use of diverse incentives,and to improve the appropriate regulatory system.
