Abstract
An involute spur gear tooth model is established by using the Pro/e software.Based on the engineering bionics and the finite element theory,the response of transient frequency of the gear with bionic surface micro-morphology and the ordinary gear are analyzed by the MSC.Nastran software.And the experiment between the ordinary gear and the gear with the bionic micro-morphology that is processed by laser graphic texturing technology is carried out.The results show that the deformation of the gear with bionic surface micro-morphology is smaller than that of the ordinary gear as the same internal stimulation is conducted.The dynamic performance and the reliability of the gear are improved by the bionic micro-morphology effectively.
