    The Research of Transducer Bandwidth of AOM Placed in cavity and Drived with Triple-frequency Harmonic

    • In order to simplify technology of thining in manufacture of Acousto-optic Devices (AOD) a way to drive AOD with triple-frequency harmonic is mentioned in this paper. Curves TL-F of transducer at relative freguency 3 for four different film constructions (Sn, In, Sn-In, Ag-In-Ag) are calculated systematically. The results indicate 3 db transducer bandwidths accord with demands of AOM placed in cavity basically. Finally optimum magnitudes of relative thickness of plated layers wnd a way to design transducers are given.
