Abstract
To provide guidance to the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease, provide a useful tool for design and evaluation of heart assist devices for people, in this paper, the hemodynamic parameters estimation method of the entire heartbeat cycle of the pulse wave based on Double-Windkessel model is proposed, using Levenberg-Marqurdt algorithm to estimate the model parameters of arterial system based on measured pulse wave. Dynamics circuit model of left heart arterial coupling system is built by MATLAB/ Simulink tools combining with the graphical user interface (GUI) . The validity of the estimation is verified by analyzing and comparing the simulation result with the measured pulse wave data.Resultsof the estimated parameters are in agreement with the range of physiological parameters, and the effect is superior to the traditional diastolic phase estimation method, the error of estimated result of aortic compliance is reduced 50%, and putting parameters into the model, the error between the simulation results with the measured pulse wave is significantly reduced about 20% than that estimated bytraditional diastolic phase estimation method.
