Analysis of Whole Process Safety Risks of Subsea Tunnel Construction

    • In order to guarantee the safety of subsea tunnel construction, whole process risk management for subsea tunnel is adopted by using risk management methods, which divide subsea tunnel construction into 3 phases of planning, designing and constructing.By studying the key risks and analyzing the key risk factors in each phase, corresponding risks control measures from the technical point of view is provided after risks assessment.Considering the connections with risks of each phase, control system ideas for whole process safety risk are developed, which can control the whole process of subsea tunnel from macroscopic view. Finally, the application of whole process safety risk control system is proved to be successful in Xiamen subsea tunnel construction.
