Abstract
Correcting the time-based distortion of high-speed sampling oscilloscope is needed to improve the accuracy of Chinese pulse parameter national standard. It can be seen from the model research that the time-based distortion correction algorithm needs a large amount of multi-phase and multi-frequency data achieved from the experiment. Two time-based distortion data acquiring systems were designed to acquire the time-based distortion data of high-speed sampling oscilloscope. Both of them acquired orthotropic data with multi-frequency,and successfully obtained the time-based distortion data of 50 GHz high-speed sampling oscilloscope. The result of time-based distortion correction algorithm improved the data right. The result was applied to the measurement of pulse parameter national standard of China,and also had a good effect.
