    • The basic theory and design method of a temperature control system based on a Z-80 TP801 single board microcomputer are introduced.
      The stability etc. of the system are analyzed by means of the automatic control theory. The setting value, detecting range and controlling accuracy of the controlled temperature can be changed by adjusting parameters of the software.
      The range of the controlled temperature is about 0℃-1000℃, and the controlling accuracy is ±1℃.
      The design method of the control program and its flowchart are briefly described in the paper.
