Status and Development of Cleaning Equipment on Cooking Oil Fume Pollution

In order to promote the development of cooking oil fume clearing equipments, the authors analyze the fomation course, components and harm of cooking oil fume and the status and development trend of the current cooking oil fume cleaning equipments. At present, the cleaning equipments have satisfied the current demands of the cooking oil fume treatment in China. Improving the performance of the equipments and the cleaning efficiency of gaseous pollutant, developing the domestic cleaning equipments, etc.， will be the focus of the coming research.
