Abstract
To improve the quality of printing and know about the process of ink transferring,the initial moments of the ink transferring is computed by liquid-solid coupling computation. The deformation of rubber roller and effective ink layer thickness are extracted under the pressure of ink and the pressure between two ink rollers. Then,the ink flow channel and ink transferring rate can be obtained. The ink flow channel and ink transferring rate are calculated under different conditions according to this method, and factors including rolling speed and pressure between the two rollers,which affect the transferring rate,are analyzed. At the same time,the mechanism of rubber roller movement is discussed for further study of the whole printing system.
