    Test and Analysis of the Vibration of Printing Press

    • In order to provide reliable evidence for the vibration-resistant and noise-reducing design of printing press body, the authors adopts modern test and analysis technique to do the vibration test for the domestic printing press of a special type and a foreign printing machine of famous brand, analyzes the pulsatile curve of the cylinder and the vibration curve of the machine body of the printing press, which indicate the existence of structural resonance of the machine in working. Through the synthetic analysis of vibration signal, the contrast diagram of vibration amplitude spectrum of the tested example machine is given. The contrast diagram shows that while the machine is in high-speed printing, the structural resonance arouses exceptionally big vibration and noise. Simultaneously, the authors adopt the method of hammering to make the test of frequency response functions, and give the typical frequency response curve, which shows that the rotation frequency of the tested cylinder may coincide with its natural frequency so as to produce resonance. Therefore, this factor should be considered in the design of reducing vibration and noise of this machine.
