The Optimal Design and Strength Calculation of Cold Plate

This application CAD technology, on APPLO work station, to the optimization of the geometrical parameters of fin in the core of cold plate is described. Also the related curves between thermal characteristics and geometrical parameters are provided for optimal design and improving the heat performance of the cold plate. The numerical simulation of the liquid flowing in assigned area, deformation and stress field of the cold plate is conducted, which improves the stability of the cold plate is conducted, which improves the stability of the cold plate design.
