Evaluation on Results of Several Cluter Methods and Utilization of the Cluster Method of Cut-set

This paper presents a new recluster method to evaluate the results of several cluster methods.Compared with the results of other cluster methods, the resull of this method is much more reasonable.With this method, the result can be weighted by one's experience and human factors can be brought in.In this paper, a new cluster method using modl of cut-set is presented and the algorithm of local best solution is given.Using this method we got a satisfactory result in the forcasting of earthquake.
