    Optimization Design of Bulk Cement Truck Tanks Fluidized Bed Structure

    • To make the bulk cement truck tanks fluidized bed structure more reasonable,truck tanks, which is originally designed by only experience data,need to qualitatively and quantitatively find out parameters to improve the fluidized and unloading process. The mean form and unloading effect under different parameters were simulated using computainal fluid dynamics(CFD) software to improve the fluidization quality and unloading speed,lower residual rate,and enhance the performance of fluidization cans. According to these problems,the automatic analysis software for corresponding tanks of fluidized bed was specially designed for enterprises.Resultsshow that the air speed on the cloth board is improved in a certain range,the cement fluidization time is shortened by increasing the cloth board area,the inlet velocity for different models are different,and the inlet velocity of the selected models is 0.5 m/s. Increasing the area of cloth boards is helpful for the unloading process,and increasing the unloading mouth diameter cannot improve the unloading efficiency.
