Competion and Cooperation Analysis of Information Network Convergence

In order to prevent the duplicated construction during the reform of information industry and solve the problem of the high sunk cost, the low efficiency of benefit recycle, the research has done the following work. It analyzes the market structure of information industry, and puts forward the analysis method of game theory. And it designs the two models of the competition and the cooperation and researches the cost and the benefit for the different situations. It discusses the cases of competition and cooperation, and proves that the cooperation is the development direction. It is expected that the conclusion should provide the guidance for the development of the network enterprise in China.
