Design and Development of Electricity-utilization Management Information System Based on C/S Mode

The rapid development of information technology makes it necessary for power enterprises to build the Electricity-utilization Management Information System based on C/ S(client / server) mode. This article mainly discusses the architecture of the system, conceptions, methods and related techniques of system design, especilly its database design.
