In order to ensure the quality of welding projects, this welding system is constructed by introducing ES knowledge, application of which includes construction of an ES repository, acquisition of expert knowledge, application of reasoning mechanism and realization method of Welding Process Qualification of ES. Welding Process Qualification System has both theoretical and practicalvalue for intelligence of welding CAPP design.
