A Design of Universities' Tests Management Information Sytem

The universitues' tests management information system (UTMIS) is a system software for various kinds of universities by which the tests run by university can be controlled on the whole. The program modules with different system functions are compiled in the system based on the specific requirements of the tests management, in which the function provided by Access and Access Basic language are fully applied. Therefore a practical software which is simple to operate, convenient for inquiry and in accordance with tests regulations, is presented for tests management. The system is very helpful to the realization of scientific management of the tests in universities with high quality and efficiency.
