Study on Growth of ZnWO4 Single Crystal and Improvement Properties of Doped ZnWO4

  • This paper introduces the growth of ZnWO4 single crystal and the effect of varied doped oxides on properties of crystals, and determines the luminous efficiency of ZnWO4:Mg, ZnWO4.Cd, ZnWO4:Sb, ZnWO4:Ti, ZnWO4:Ge, ZnWO4:Ce.Comparision of these shows that if the absorption limit moves to the end of higher energy, the luminous effeiciency increases.
