Study on Growth of ZnWO4 Single Crystal and Improvement Properties of Doped ZnWO4
This paper introduces the growth of ZnWO4 single crystal and the effect of varied doped oxides on properties of crystals, and determines the luminous efficiency of ZnWO4:Mg, ZnWO4.Cd, ZnWO4:Sb, ZnWO4:Ti, ZnWO4:Ge, ZnWO4:Ce.Comparision of these shows that if the absorption limit moves to the end of higher energy, the luminous effeiciency increases.
