    Numerical Simulations of Longitudinal Settlement of Shield Tunnel Under Local Loading

    • Based on the Mohr-Coulomb Model,the 3-D finite element model on the interactions of lining and soil was established,and used to stimulate the influences of the properties of substratum soil and local uniform load on the ground on the settlement of shield tunnel in soft soil area.The deformation characteristic of tunnels was analyzed in details.The numerical results show that the maximal settlement is linear functions of the elastic modulus of the soft layer,longitudinal length and uniform load,and the settlement of the tunnel increases with the increase of the length and width of the uniform load.
