Abstract

Regeneration potential of isolate organs of Gypsophila elegans was investigated. The callus was formed at the base of isolate shoots, apical buds and leaves. It was found that only some callus could produce bud. And tests show that the best mediums for budding are MS+BA2(mg/L)+NAA 0.5(mg/L) and MS+BAI(mg/L) NAA 0.1(mg/L), the best mediums for rooting are 1/2MS+NAA0.5(mg/L)and 1/ZMS+IBA0.5(mg/L).
