    Piezoelectric and Dielectric Properties of SCNN System Ceramics

    • By traditional sintering process,we studied the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of (CaxSr1-x)2NaNb5O15system ceramics(0.02≤x≤0.35).The results show that it has better piezoelectric and dielectric properties near x=0.14 and has two phase transition temperature.One is nearly 280℃,and the other is nearly-20℃.X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy show that it is tungsten bronze structure.The replacement of Ca2+by Sr2+caused the lattice distortion which results in the enhancement of physical properties.Scanning electron microscope photos show that the system ceramics is very dense.It is a lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with practical prospects.
