The Structural Analysis of the Large Scale Managerial Command Systems

this paper From the view point of information and utilizing the theory of logical algebra and set algebra transfers the structural analysis of the large scale managerial command system into the problem of intersection set conditions for solving sub-systems. And then a new valid analytical method is presented for drawing the optimum framework of systems.
