Regional Traffic Control Evaluation Based on Genetic Neural Network

In order to effectively evaluate the regional traffic control effect, the paper proposes the regional traffic control effect evaluation method based on genetic neural network after the establishment of regional traffic control multi-objective evaluation function.The method is programmed with the language Visual C++ and tested with the micro traffic simulation toll VISSIM.The result shows that the method has good practicability.
