Abstract
Based on new forms of the potential and complementary energy densities for thermo-elasticitty, the generalized variational principles belonging to three independent argument functions and a new series of two independent argument functions are established with the Lagrange multiplier method. These principles lay the foundation theoretically for the solving of structure engineering problems for stationary temperature field by the approximate numerical methods.
