    • The performance of Immobilized Cells were improved through chemical treatment adding natural substances. The preparing process of the polyvinyl alcohol strain would meet fewer difficulties by adding sodium alginate to it. On the view of economiy and technology, two Immobilized Cells of alginate calcium and polyvinyl alcohol were compared with each other. These tests pave a way to apply Immobilized Cells strain to bio-reaction vessel.
