A Forewarning Model on Technical Barriers to Trade of Electronic Information Products

In order to predict the technical barriers to trade of electronic information products,the paper builds forewarning models of the implementing willingness and technical difficulty on electronic information products based on the generating conditions of technical barriers to trade by the methods of fuzzy synthetic e- valuation and evidence theory.The efficiency of the model is validated by an example.
