Abstract
Two SBRs are first used nitrate and nitrite, respectively to train activated sludge of heterotrophic Then, the activated sludge that has denitrification bacteria for ANAMMOX function is simultaneously inoculated into the two reactors. The efficiency of the coupling activated sludge includingheterotrophic denitrification bacteria and ANAMMOX bacteria is researched. Experimental results show that the efficiency of heterotrophic denitrification of nitrite is better than that of nitrate. However, the coupling effect with ANAMMOX bacteria is on the contrary. Under the condition of aeration, the tworeactors have better nitrification function at the same time, and the accumulation ratios of nitrite are 62.2% and 87.3% , respectively.
