    Recovery of Lithium Ion from Exchanged Mother Liquids of Li-LSX Zeolite(Ⅱ):Research on Anti-extraction and Recycling of Extractant

    • Lithium ion transfered into organic phase from exchanged mother liquids of Li-LSX zeolite after extraction by tri-n-butyl phosphate (TPB) .In this article, the anti-extraction of lithium ion from TBP by hydrochloric acid was studied.And the effects of phase ratio, hydrochloric acid concentration and temperature on the anti-extraction technology were analyzed in details.The optimal anti-extraction conditions are found as following: phase ratio is about 1∶1;hydrochloric acid concentration is more than 5 mol/L;room temperature.Furthermore, the recycling of extractant and the industrial prospect of this method were investigated preliminarily.
