A FEM Statics Research on the 3DOF Man-made Muscle Actuator
The finite element method (EFM) is applied to the nonlinear analysis of microactuator by adopting Newton-Raphon. The calculated results of the angular stiffness of flexible microactuator is obtained at first time, and are compared with the Koichi Suzumori's experimental data.
