It has many functions in many conditions, such as calculation of stability coefficient, sensitive analysis, reliable analysis, the best consolidate angle and consolidate force. This method has been a compositive and accurate method of evaluation through application and optimization in many engineering examples, and is proved to be effective and reliable.
