    Control of the Hydraulic Servo System Based on Double Close-loop Controller

    • In order to make the hydraulic vibrator table have favorable moving characters,the authors designed a control structure of double close-loop.The inner close-loop was used to adjust the electro-hydraulic servo valve,and the digital controller based on the digital signal processor(DSP) was used in the outer close-loop to adjust the servo-actuator.This scheme succeeded in the practical use of hydraulic vibrator table that is applied to test the performance of the special automobile absorber.The real time result indicates that this design of double close-loop combined with analog controller and digital controller is correct,and the preferences is reasonable.The system performance achieved expected objective.
