Abstract
This paper presents acoustic emission experimental research of low-speed rolling bearings on giant wheel simulation device.Statistical analysis of acoustic emission signal parameters have been done both from accumulated and averaged value.The statistical value changes of some parameters showed a tendency of "up-down-level" during the whole process,and the RMS curve is most representative.Then further analysis of peak point signals on RMS curve has been carried out.The RMS-Time graph of signals had a clear four-peak feature and different signals can be distinguished in the Energy-Amplitude graph.These results provided a useful reference data for the future health monitoring of giant wheel bearings.
