Abstract
The weldability and welding technology of the stainless steel 00Cr26Ni6Mo4CuTiAl was studied. As it turned out that when the strength of the weld deposit was lower than the base benal, the cracking-free welding joint could be obtained through preheating (200℃), by controlling the temperature between two passes (<200℃) and selecting low heat input (0.78KJ/mm). Its mechanical properties were slightly lower than base material, and the pitting corrosion resistance was equal to the base material.
