    The Helical Resonator Made of YBa2Cu3O7-δ Ceramic Superconductors

    • A helical resonator used for internal conductor is produced. It is made of YBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramic superconductive wire. It is shown to have specific elasticity and strength by the relevant experiments. The YBa2Cu3O7-δ helix itrself is ether conductive or superconductive. The quality factore of both the superconductive helix and the cu helical resonatore of the same size, at either the liquid nitrogen temperature or room temperature are investigated. It is discovered that the value of the quality factor of the superconductive helical resonator is three times higher than that of Cu helical resonator at liquid nitrogen temperature(77K, 100MHz). Which shows that the former is a superior resonator in the research of electronic devicee.
