Abstract
Heating period load dynamic control (HPLDC) model is put forward. The software EnergyPlus is used to simulate the effect of HPLDC model for an energy saving residence in Beijing.Resultsshow that the indoor temperature and comfort meet the design requirements by using HPLDC model. The power saving reaches 16.4%, while the total calories consumed is reduced 11.6%; therefore, the energy saving effect is remarkable. The research result provides a way of the energy-saving operation during the heating period.
