An Experiment on Overcut Effect in the Process of Metal Cutting

In this paper, the mechanism about ovcrcul phenomena in the process of metal cutting especially fine machining is investigated. The concept of overcut effect about material in the edge section and concept of minor chip cutter for converse chip are put forward for the first time.
