The Experimental Research of Multi-Sensor Integration Monitoring on Manufacturing System

Monitor system is one of the key technology on flexible manufacturing process. Multi-sensor group received information, which reflects system variation from parallel channels. The work in this paper focused on boring operation. The setup for experimental research, selection of sensors and sensor group combinations were discussed here. And also feature signal determination and process as well as the decision-making methods applied on typical boring status classification, chip form identification and chatter development were discussed in the paper.
