    • A novel watermark casting scheme for digital images based on embedded wavelet coding is proposed. The watermark is embedded into the corresponding different resolution areas and different bit planes of the wavelet analysis images. The embedded capacity factor is determined by the area and bit plane where the selected wavelet coefficient is The detecting of watermarks is also hierarchical. Some experimental results demonstrate the better robustness and invisibility of watermarks embedded by our approach.
