Orientation of Port Function in Seaport Planning With Wenzhou Port as the Case——Taking Wenzhou as the example

Suitable port orientation in the seaport planning is very important for the development of port and its city.The authors analyze the regional predominance and development potential of Wenzhou port,forecast the future capacity of Wenzhou port by using time series analysis method,correlative analysis method,elasticity coefficient method and so on.Based on its economic scale,development potential and regional predominance,Wenzhou is oriented as the multifunctional integral and opening seaboard hub port with international containers and mass bulk at cargos transport as the main.
