Abstract
On the basis of building up a hypothesis about price competition in the complete information and static environment, a game model of price competition for sales between mobile business and traditional business is set up. Then the prices and values of nash equilibrium is obtained through calculation. By analyzing the outcome and then the conclusion is drawn that the sales in mobile business can improve competitiveness in price compared with the sales in traditional business by using some advanced technologies, which can reduce cost of delivery and storage.
