  • A non-damage measuring method which can realize quantitative measurements of local tissue perfusion rate,and its parameter calculation are presented in this paper.Also the effects of the probe's dimention and ambient temperature upon both the measurement performance and the measuring depth are analysed.Some important inspirations are obtained.Moreover a simplified mathematical model is derived,a measuring instrument which is easy to be carried about is made.The measurng method is tested through experiments with rabbits,under artificial perfusion condition,with the tissues of eith pigs or oxen in vitro,and with human tissues in vivo.
