Abstract
In this paper the quality factor values of edible vegetable oil and soybean sauce have been determined and the relation between the quality factors has been researched. A method for assessment of the quality levels of commodity standard by "coincident estimation" between the commodity quality space, specification quality space and expectation quality space has been suggested. A method for linear correlation analysis of quality factors has been discussed.
