Abstract
This paper presents a solution to determine optimal PID-parameter of a second order control system, by inverse optimal control. The conditions, which must be followed for assigning optimal poles, are obtained. According to the relation between the PID-parameter and the full state variables feedback matrix with integrator in a forward path, the PID-parameter of optimal control are directly determined by arranging poles in the optimal area for setting.
