Abstract
A new-type of dehydration unit for natural gas is briefly described and its basic structure and working principles are presented. With reasonable simplifications of one-dimensional steady flow, mathematical model is developed and the distributions of the flow parameters along the axial direction are obtained from the theoretical analysis. Calculations were made of the unit by using these analytical results. And the theoretical suggestions for improving the unit are provided.
